How does the free trial work?
Every account starts on a 10-day free trial with the full product and up to 5 people (a master account plus 4). No credit card required. At the end of the trial you upgrade to Team Edition to keep going.
How much is Team Edition?
$199/mo, which includes the master account plus 4 seats. Additional seats are $15/mo each. Annual billing is discounted to about $166/mo.
What counts as a seat?
Anyone you give an account - the master (your IT manager), any managers they delegate to, and employees. Your first five people are included in the base price.
Can we control who sees which client's documentation?
Yes. Each client (or department) is a Space with a hard access boundary, and access can be narrowed further by tag. The master delegates to managers, who set their employees' access - built for MSPs managing many clients.
Annual vs monthly?
Monthly is the standard price. Annual billing is discounted (roughly two months free).
